We only deliver to addresses within Qatar.

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 days.

Delivery Address Cannot be changed after placing the order, but you can ask for a change of address by giving us a call on +97444934699 or emailing us at online@almakaan-doha.com before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery.

Delivery is free on orders of QAR 199 and above. If your total order value is less than QAR 199, you will be charged QAR 15 for delivery. Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

You cannot fix a specific date and time for delivery, however, you can provide us with your preferred delivery time slot on the cart page to keep that in mind when delivering to you.

Delivery usually occurs between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you are not available, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.

We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.
